Mollie Claypool

Automated Architecture Ltd (AUAR) – CEO
Mollie’s background includes an Associate Professorship in Architecture at The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL. She co-wrote Robotic Building: Architecture in the Age of Automation and authored the SPACE10 report “The Digital in Architecture: Then, Now and in the Future” (2019). She has been a Visiting Professor at the Cluster for Excellence Integrative Computational Design and Construction for Architecture at the University of Stuttgart and was faculty at the AA School of Architecture.

As Group Chief Development Officer at IKO, Sandra successfully led the Rout Lëns real estate development project in Esch sur Alzette, Luxembourg, which embodies the company’s values of sustainability and inclusion.
Sandra Huber aligns IKO’s business objectives with social and environmental needs, and brings a strategic perspective to the company as head of development, marketing and sales. Sandra holds a dual degree in Urban and Environmental Planning and Political Science.

Jean-Nicolas joined INOWAI in 2010 to create the residential branch as COO. He set up a multidisciplinary team of transaction, condominium and rental management. Partner since 2015, he becomes Managing Director of INOWAI Group in 2021.

He graduated from the University of Liège, holds a Master in “Political Sciences Po & Public Administration”, RICS, member of the IPI and member of the Board of LuxPropTech since January 2020.

Philippe has been a real estate technology entrepreneur for over 20 years.
He founded EasySolutions in 2003, which has since become Progetis, the first Proptech in Luxembourg.
With a degree in Computer Science and a Master in Management, Philippe has developed software for brokers, trustees, managers and developers.
He has been a member of the LuxPropTech Board since its creation.


Laurent Rouach


Laurent has founded several engineering consultancies focusing on construction in Luxembourg, Belgium (Brussels) and France (East) and the first engineering consultancy specialising in sustainable development in Luxembourg in 2000. He then headed up the RE Sustainability practice at PwC Luxembourg and participated to various activities from ESG strategy deployment at a RE funds level, carbon emissions management, to GRI sustainable reporting. Laurent is Engineer and is an expert in the Proptech field as investor and advisor.

Initially Innovation & Sustainability manager at IKO Real Estate, I have assumed different roles over the years, including real estate project developer and marketing manager. At Eaglestone Luxembourg since September 2021, I am in charge of the development of real estate projects specialised in office buildings, the marketing strategy of the local office, and I lead the ESG strategy of Eaglestone Group.


Jennick Scheerlinck

Hoplr – pronounce «hopler» – is a Belgian initiative that was founded in 2014 by Jennick Scheerlinck and Jonas Heirwegh based on a common vision and conviction. In contrast to the increasing individualization and globalization, Hoplr focuses on local community building. In this way Hoplr connect people with each other and with their environment.

In October 2021, Hopler made its arrival into the Luxembourg market by expanding into the municipality of Strassen. Over the months, municipalities such as Hesperange, Betzdorf, Bettendorf, Mertzig, Junglinster and more recently Luxembourg City have joined the movement.

Nico Steinmetz

Steinmetzdemeyer – Architect partner
Nico Steinmetz was born in New York in 1963 and has lived in Luxembourg since 1967. In 1988, he graduated from ISA St-Luc Brussels with the mention “Great Honors”. The following year, he founded his architecture and urban planning studio, which became STEINMETZDEMEYER in 2001 when he partnered with Arnaud De Meyer. Nico has worked on projects of varied scope and complexity, always committed to transmitting his principles and values based on sustainable development and circular economy, with constant questioning to be as in line as possible with the current issues and the well-being of users.

With innovation and change management as the common denominator, Sara’s experience covers Swedish disruptive technology unicorns and smart city developments in Middle East and Africa. She presently heads the change management role of the Nordic investor Brunswick Real Estate, where sustainability and innovation is at the heart of the business model.

As a User & Customer Experience expert since 12+ years, he’s always evolved with the mindset of a Design-thinker, solution-maker and an experience- builder…After being graduated from the College of Art & Design in 2010, he’s spent 10+ years in agencies and consulting companies to end up until end 2019, Managing Partner of Digitas Benelux (a Publicis Groupe company) acting as an Experience Director and a member of the Board of Directors.Since then, he co-founded Evenisto together with my sister-in-crime. And last, but not least… he’s a proud dad of 2 who both best represent the King’s choice.

Hélène is convinced that buildings are a pillar of the energy transition, but also of economic recovery. There are many global challenges around building: carbon neutrality by 2050, accompanying population growth with numerous – and affordable – homes, the necessary transition to renewable energy. Gabriel Uzgen is a strategic, creative and visionary leader with a 30+ years experience within the European real estate industry. A genuine real estate passionate, he is driven by his appetite for innovation and new challenges internationally. 

Since June 2018, he is a member of BESIX Group’s Executive Committee. In July 2021, he was appointed Chair of ULI Belgium & Luxembourg for a voluntary two-year term.


Sofie Verstraete

“A good city is like a good party – people stay longer than really necessary, because they are enjoying themselves.” from Jan Gehl is my favorite quote. Having a background as a civil engineer architect working for oa Stephane Beel Architects and Elemental Chile (Alejandro Aravena Pritzker Price winner 2016) on projects from small to large scale, I am passionate about architecture and collective spaces. From the love of urban planning and creating social impact, I started working as a project developer at Revive on mixed urban regeneration projects to create new vibrant neighborhoods. Since last year I am coordinating complex regeneration projects in masterplan phase as Chief Development Officer together with a magnificent Revive team.


Rustom Vickers

Rustom Vickres is Vice President, Head of Develoment for Blueground covering the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. He brings 20+ years of diversified experience in hospitality & real estate, having been on all sides of the business; from operations to consulting and from real estate ownership – development / investment – to hospitality platforms.
Previously he has been in Devlopment roles for Choice Hotels & Resorts in operations. A graduate of Les Roches Hospitality Management School in Switzerland, Rustom furthered his education with an MBA from Bayes (formelery Class) Business School in London.
